### 30-Day Hassle-Free Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a **30-day return window** from the date of delivery. 

**Return Conditions:**
* Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
* To ensure a smooth process, please do not send your purchase back to the sender address on the package without prior approval.

**Zero Return Fees:**
* **Free Return Shipping:** We provide prepaid return shipping labels at no cost to you. 
* **No Restocking Fees:** There are absolutely no handling or restocking fees for your returns.

**How to Start a Return:**
1. Contact our customer support team at [serve@modalou.com] with your Order Number and the reason for your return.
2. Once your request is reviewed and approved (usually within 24-48 hours), a prepaid return shipping label will be generated and emailed directly to you.
3. Print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated shipping carrier.

**Refunds:**
Once our partner warehouse receives and inspects your returned item, your refund will be processed automatically. The credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank.
